Diego Martínez Santamaría

Diego Martínez is a technician in environmental education with eight years of experience working at Fundación Tormes EB. He is an environmental chemist with a degree in History and Heritage from the University of Burgos. His work at Fundación Tormes consists of developing educational and informative activities for students and adults. He conducts guided tours essentially framed and focused on the natural and historical heritage of the province of Salamanca, collaborating with the Salamanca City Council in the City of Knowledge Foundation in various activities, as well as in the programme of the Salamanca Provincial Council Vive la Dehesa. He is also currently involved in projects such as the EU-funded Rotate, which seeks environmental solutions in the mining sector.
