Dijana Pejić
Dijana Pejić holds an MA in Management and Social Innovation (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and an MA in Economics. She oversees educational, peacebuilding, and developmental projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She is the programme director for UNICEF “UPSHIFT” project in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This project combines youth work, adolescent development, social innovation, and entrepreneurship to empower marginalized youth and adolescents. UPSHIFT uses experiential learning techniques to understand community challenges and design impactful solutions, also focusing on the increase of adolescents’ financial literacy.
