Greta Pelucco is a political analyst working at the intersection of EU politics, democracy and adult learning. She is currently Policy Director at the European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA), where she leads the organisation’s European policy and advocacy work on civic engagement, democracy and adult education. Her work focuses on analysing European policy developments and translating them into strategic insights that support evidence-based policymaking and strengthen the role of civil society in democratic societies.
