Kristoffer guides youth, individuals, and organisations to live, lead, and create in alignment with their true nature and purpose. Being a visionary system thinker, focusing on holistic self-understanding and strength-based learning, he helps bridge the gap between inner clarity and outer structure. Currently, he is a teacher at Elvebakken High School in Oslo and the CEO of Kry Engage.
