Laura (she/her) is a senior data analyst and engineer with a background in international cooperation and economics, recently specialising in gender and sustainability data analysis. She worked in EU project management and international cooperation for five years before transitioning to tech, leveraging data and engineering skills to advance insight and a scientific approach to social justice causes and impact monitoring programmes. Together with Margherita, Laura is co-founder and managing director of Commonground Initiatives. Within MICRO*ONDE, Laura leads organisation and logistics, and co-creates the qualitative and quantitative measures used to track and report the project’s impact. At the NECE Festival, she will step into a more front-facing role, offering the founding perspective and engaging in informal conversation with booth visitors.
