
Mayor Anne Lindboe
Mayor Anne Lindboe has a degree in medicine from the University of Oslo and has previously worked as a Senior Physician at the State Children’s House in Oslo and a researcher at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health. Lindboe was appointed Children’s Ombudsman by the King in Council before working as director of the National Association of Private Kindergartens from 2018 to 2022. On 26 September 2022, she was unanimously elected as the mayoral candidate by the Oslo Conservative Party’s representative body. Her goal is that Oslo will be a city where all children are able to achieve their dreams.
