Megi Marku

Megi Marku is a passionate advocate for sustainable development, climate and water resilience holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree on Hydrotechnical Engineering. She has experience working as a Water and Sanitation Analyst at the World Bank, contributing to the UoF-CoE initiative. Additionally, Megi was part of the Youth Expert Group for the Economics of Water report by the GCEW. Megi serves as the 2025 Action for Climate Empowerment Contact Point for the UNFCCC Youth Constituency, WYPW Focal Point to the FAO Global Framework on Water Scarcity in Agriculture and a Board Member of the Young Water Professionals Albania.
