Pedro Alfaro is a team consultant and cellist. He is the founder of MusicalThinkers. He studied for his Music Degree at the Conservatory in El Escorial, Madrid and he also holds a Masters Degree in Humanities Studies (Francisco de Vitoria University). As a musician, he has trained extensively in the field of improvisation and composition and as a performer, he has toured all over the world.

Since 2007 he has been using emotions to make teams grow through the musical experience. He has conducted more than 700 musical workshops and has led numerous team building activities throughout Spain. He is a Certified Team Coach by the IDDI Institute. As a coach, he collaborates with several IE Master Degrees regularly as well as with the Executive Coaching HEC degree.

He has also been the founder of the Teatro Real Agrupación Musical Inclusiva composed of youth with disabilities. He also founded the JMJ Symphonic Choir and Orchestra.

During the last 16 years, he has led MusicalThinkers activities and conventions all around the world.
