Sam Leter
Sam is Franco-American, and passionate about cinema as a source of community. After an internship in experimental film distribution at Re:Voir and at Unifrance’s festivals department, he spent three years with MUBI’s marketing team in New York and Paris. His artivist approach seeks to re-politicize cinema venues as meeting spaces for activist exchange. In parallel to his programming work at the DFF, he coordinates the film club of the decolonial Jewish collective Tsedek! Through cinema, he aims to facilitate access to decolonial thought and intercommunal solidarity.
