Tomás Borgogna Ugarteburu

Tomás is a social worker who has centred his work on socio-educational programmes for disadvantaged youth for the past 20 years, in Italy and Spain. He has coordinated non-formal education programmes focused on youth participation and community development, as well as providing support for academic success. Additionally, he specialises in pre-employment training programmes, with a particular emphasis on implementing strategies for the development of socio-emotional competencies in training. Since 2023, he has held the position of pedagogical coordinator for the socio-educational intervention at Fundación Tomillo.
