
Toni Milun
Toni Milun is a mathematics lecturer at Algebra University College and a financial vlogger. He graduated in 1999 from the Faculty of Science and Mathematics at the University of Zagreb and successfully completed the postgraduate specialist study “Statistical methods for economic analysis and forecasting” in 2012. He launched the educational portal ‘Where maths is fun’, with more than 2,000 free video lessons in mathematics in 2011, for which he received the Pride of Croatia award for special contribution to education. He was the author and host of the TV show Financial guy from 2015 to 2019, which was broadcast on Croatian national TV. For that show, Toni Milun received an award from the Academy of the Zagreb Stock Exchange for an outstanding contribution to capital market education in 2016. In cooperation with his students, he created Popodica – an application that calculates the optimal division of the personal deduction for children among parents, for the purpose of obtaining a tax refund. In September 2023, he held four Financial literacy conferences in four Croatian cities: Zagreb, Osijek, Split and Rijeka.
